Request Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to support@omninexttech.com with the following information:

Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Important: All account data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Request Specific Data Deletion (Optional)

You may request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account. This option allows you to remove certain information while maintaining your account and access to our services.

Examples of specific data you can request to delete:

Uploaded images and media files
Stored location data
Communication history
Custom templates or content
Other specific data categories

Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Clear description of the specific data you want deleted

Data Handling

When you submit a deletion request, we will permanently remove the requested data from our systems in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable legal requirements.

All requested data is permanently deleted from our active systems and cannot be recovered once the deletion process is complete.

Note: Some data may be retained in backup systems for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution). Such data will be deleted in accordance with our standard backup retention schedule.

Processing Time

We aim to process all deletion requests promptly. Typical processing time is:

from the date we receive your request

You will receive a confirmation email once your deletion request has been completed. If we require additional information to process your request, we will contact you at the email address you provided.
